Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Isekai Nine application (the “App”) and Web demo (together, the “Service”), provided by えびです ぷりぷり〜.
1. Use and intellectual property
Rights to the Service’s software, artwork, audio, and other content belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. Copying, redistribution, and sale are prohibited except where permitted by law or the rights holder. You may use the Service for personal play as provided. Loading, local storage, and browser caching needed for ordinary play are permitted. Third-party software is subject to its respective licenses. Uses allowed by applicable law or those licenses are not restricted.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution or sale of the Web demo, improper modification of its program or save data, bypassing its ten-year limit, submitting false achievement records, and flooding the records service are prohibited. Uses permitted by applicable law are excluded from these prohibitions.
The iOS version is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement. If they conflict, Apple’s standard agreement takes precedence.
2. Images you select
Please use only images you have the right to use when choosing player portraits or other images. Use that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.
3. Save data
Game data is stored on your device. It may be lost if you delete the App or its stored data, if your device fails, or in similar circumstances. Backup and restoration of data are not guaranteed.
The Web demo can be played for ten in-game years. Winning the Universe Series clears the demo; an early win still allows play through year ten. Web demo saves are stored separately from the App and cannot be transferred to the full product. Clearing browser storage can also cause data loss.
4. Purchases, updates, and refunds
The Web demo is free to play.
The App is offered as a paid, one-time download on Google Play and the App Store. Please check the price displayed in the relevant store when you purchase it.
Updates may change features or game balance. Purchases and refunds are subject to the rules of the store where you purchased the App and to applicable law.
For refund procedures, see Google Play’s guidance or App Store guidance.
5. Web demo achievement records
The Web demo sends a team-specific random challenge ID, event type (start or first tournament victory), in-game year, team name and crest ID at the time of the event, and schema version. These are stored with the receipt time. Each team counts as one challenge. The first-victory year, team name and crest are published on the landing page; challenge IDs and receipt times are not included in the public list. For first Capital League and Universe Series victories, the team details also publicly display the names of the active nine batters and twelve pitchers, abilities, blessing stickers, batting order, fielding positions, pitching roles and built-in portraits. For potential future QR publication, a separate snapshot of the same 21 players also preserves species, base abilities and ability caps, all stickers and secret techniques, and team-local numbers linking two-way registrations. This snapshot is not currently served by the landing-page list or team-detail API; a future QR code would share it with readers. Uploaded images, internal player IDs and entire saves are not sent. Do not enter real names, contact details or content that infringes others’ rights as team or player names.
These are client-reported reference records, not a ranking of verified play. They are retained without a fixed expiry while the demo remains available. See the Privacy Policy for details. Requests about removal or correction can be sent through the contact form below and will be reviewed after identifying the record and request.
6. First-victory records in the App
The Android and iOS App automatically submits basic information on each team's first victory in each tournament. Capital League and Universe Series records also include the winning lineup and player information. Frontier League records do not include player or lineup details. Records are used to prepare first-victory-year rankings and operate the game; App records are not currently public. See the Privacy Policy for details, retention and deletion requests.
7. Changes and contact
When these terms change, the changes and effective date will be announced on the public website in accordance with applicable law. These terms are governed by Japanese law and do not limit rights that users have under applicable law.
